Not only has Nychol been successfully creating social connections through the arts for decades, but Nychol also has deep personal connections to the American Foster System and different socioeconomic marginalized subcultures. She has supported leading organizations like LACOE, Headstart, LAUSD, and various other school systems for over 10 years. While living in Spain, Nychol implemented an independent research study on women and children exposed to abuse and sex trafficking. Nychol is excited to bring her valiant track record and thought leadership to the Dream North Foundation as the President of the Board of Directors and CEO of all operations and programming, to amplify impact across the nation and abroad.

She has a degree in Event Management, professional involvement with both the public and private non-profit sectors, and hands-on experience working with youth from underserved and overlooked backgrounds. By developing an impactful brand voice and active presence on social media, she will connect the Dream North conglomerate to a global community.
Cindy Coakley-Knowles

As the Co-Founder (in partnership with her loving husband) and Creative Director of Destination Angels International, Cindy Coakley-Knowles is a certified event planner and etiquette coach. She is also the current President of The Bahamas Bridal Association, which is an association of the top weddings and event professionals in the Country Bahamas, endorsed by the Bahamas Ministry of Tourism. As the newly appointed Special Events Director in the Nassau region, Cindy aspires to uplift foster children through the mission and vision of Dream North Foundation to minimize cultural barrier gaps and promote unification amongst versatile demographics in efforts to shed awareness for children exposed to at-risk conditions.

At a young age, Isabel Morales developed an innate passion and talent for web and graphics, however, it would take several years into her adulthood before settling in as a freelance designer. Growing up in a Dallas, Texas, a Mecca of media and technology, Isabel has had the honor of working with a variety of artistic clients, including entrepreneur OG Poppy and the non-profit Fashion Group International. Isabel is excited to establish new chapters in community activist initiatives of uplifting at-risk women and children.

Born in Idaho and raised in California as a biracial young lady I always dreamt to pursue medicine. So, I moved to Louisiana where I received my bachelor’s degree in biology premed and a double major in chemistry & psychology. For over 15 years I have lived in Louisiana and have had my hand in many jobs ranging from administrative, sales, management, recruiting, to property management. Life has a funny way of telling you it wants you to pursue other avenues so, for the past 2 years been working for a startup hospitality company as a Real Estate Assistant and currently promoted to Real Estate Analyst. In addition to being an entrepreneur, wife, and mother of two, I have been an executive assistant for the CEO of DNE since 2019.
Molly D’Agostino

Molly began her career as a world-touring musician working with bands such as Tantric and the trans-Siberian orchestra. She went on to expand her innovational company, Our Song Co, into an International success – Winning the collegiate Shark Tank competition. From there, she began her educational path by studying grant and technical writing at SUNY Polytechnic Institute. And before attending Syracuse University College of Law, Molly ran a successful grant consulting firm. After utilizing her skills and growing experience across business research and development to secure clients with millions of dollars in funding, she went to law school to attain extensive training in contracting. Molly has since been a lead consultant to grow several start-up companies into multi-million dollar conglomerates.
